Nachdem in der vergangenen Woche durch eine Sicherheitslücke ein Angriff auf unsere Daten stattgefunden hat, mussten wir unsere Datensicherung vom Saisonende wieder einsetzen. Durch die damit verbundenen Verzögerungen ändert sich der Zeitplan für den Einsatz der neuen und verbesserten Funktionen.
Wir werden nun keine Version 1.9 veröffentlichen sondern als nächsten Schritt unmittelbar auf Version 2.0 umstellen. Dieser Wechsel wird am Dienstag dem 11.05. stattfinden.
Bis dahin laufen nun also noch zwei volle Saisons nach dem bekannten Modus. Natürlich gelten damit auch wieder die bisherigen Regeln für Ab- und Aufstieg und auch die Times wurden auf den alten Wert zurückgesetzt.
Vor dem Wechsel zur Version 2.0 werden wir Euch über alle damit verbundenen Änderungen rechtzeitig informieren.
Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass wir in den letzten Tagen nicht alle Anfragen so schnell wie sonst üblich beantworten konnten und uns zunächst auf die Sicherheit des Systems konzentriert haben.

New developments such as these are usually introduced at the beginning of a season, i.e. every 35 days, while smaller adjustments or improvements may be introduced in the meantime. All changes and additions are announced in both the game and newsletter.
The satisfaction of our members is particularly important to us, which is why we have created several channels through which queries and problems can be resolved quickly.
Where you can find help in the event of a problem?
This means that you should first check to see if the solution is in the FAQs or instructions.
A quick answer or assistance to other queries can usually be found in the chat room or forum, usually around the clock.
We have set up a ticket system for all difficult queries. Our employees will assist and answer as quickly as possible.
It is unfortunately not possible to answer support queries via e-mail or telephone.
