- The service provided by art-e-fakten GmbH requires a functioning internet connection to be provided by the user. Art-e-Fakten accepts no liability for the correct functionality of this internet connection.
- The online game "perfectgoal" is free of charge. Fees are only charged for additional services that enhance the gaming experience.
- Game accounts and any virtual assets may not be sold separately or together at a charge. This does not include sales for in-game money that are expressly permitted.
- The user undertakes to inform Art-e-Fakten GmbH of any changes made to registration data immediately. Art-e-Fakten GmbH reserves the right to take the game offline for up to 6 hours a week for maintenance and development purposes.
- Art-e-Fakten GmbH reserves the right to reject the registration of a player with no reason specified within a period of 48 hours.
- Membership may be cancelled by a user with immediate effect at any time. In doing so, he/she is not entitled to have the value of any virtual items purchased reimbursed.
- Art-e-Fakten GmbH may cancel the membership of a user with a period of notice of one month. In this case, the user is also not entitled to have the value of any virtual items purchased reimbursed.
- The user is required to observe good manners and applicable legislation when using the communication features of the game.
- The user may only use a web browser to make use of the services provided. The use of third-party software for automatic control, reproduction or evaluation of the service or individual functions (e.g. by means of bots, macros or scripts) is not permitted.
- Liability for miscellaneous damages as injury to life, body, health, a fundamental contractual obligation or guarantee is restricted to gross negligence or damage caused as a result of wilful actions.
- The user hereby expressly agrees to the electronic storage and processing of his/her personal data when registering to open a game account or when using the services related to the account. The user understands that Art-e-Fakten GmbH partly finances the game by means of advertising.
- Intentional abuse of any bugs or malfunctions in the game for the purpose of manipulating values and results of own or foreign accounts as well as interfering the course of the game is strictly prohibited.
- Violation of the above provisions will be subject to sanction by Art-e-Fakten GmbH. Depending on the severity of the violation, Art-e-Fakten GmbH is entitled to:
- lock the user's account for a period of time,
- reset the user's account its initial level or
- delete the account.
- Should a user violation the provision number 3, the user account will be deleted.
